Yoga at Young Mother's Support Group

YogaIn March the Young Mothers support group found they were more relaxed and energized after Debbie Ramer from Yoga Embrace and Wellness demonstrated the importance of deep breathing. Instruction on several deep breathing techniques along with proper positioning that is associated with deep breathing were covered. Debbie touched on the many benefits from deep breathing which include, release of tension, organ massage, elevates moods and gives clarity to the mind and body.
