CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Pork steaks in hot display at 119 degrees F.  Worker stated that at about 1:00 pm  they turn down temp. to cool prior to putting in cooler. Provide a time as a control policy.

NON CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Clean vent on ceiling in front restroom

Store ice scoop handle up in ice bin

Clean vent hood and wall of grease build up around deep fryers.

ALL VIOLATIONS CORRECTED UPON 7-17-12 REINSPECTION
