CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Not using sanitizer until the end of the day on tables.  Shall use sanitizer at all times.

Raw meats stored above ready to eat sauces, in cold prep. top, in upright freezer.

Provide backflow preventer on both mop sink and faucets.

Clean soda nozzles more often.

NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Label flour containers as to contents.

Provide soap at kitchen handsink

ALL VIOLATIONS CORRECTED UPON 03-29-11 REINSPECTION.
