CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Dessert cooler is holding foods at 45 degrees F.  Needs to be 41 degees F or lower.

Raw food over ready to eat foods in refrigerator freezer near grill.

Cold prep table is holding fods at 48 degrees F.

Heat sanitizing dishwasher is not getting hot enough.

NON CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Clean entire backrooms under equipment and storage rack.

Clean all air duct covers in facility.

Provide signage at ladies restroom/ over sink.

ALL VIOLATIONS CORRECTED UPON 10-9-12 REINSPECTION
