CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Pizza prep cooler bottom holding foods at 44 degrees F.  Needs to be 41 degrees F or lower.

Raw eggs stored above ready to eat foods in "CRC" cooler.  Ready to eat foods stored in chest freezer.

"CRC" cooler is at 45 degrees F.  Needs to be 41 degrees F or lower.

Back room refrigerator is holding foods at 45 degrees F. 

NON CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Personel drink cup on food prep table.

Clean floor behind cook line equipment.

Clean vent hood and filters.

Defrost upright freezer and chest freezer.

Place thermometers that work in all refrigeration units.

Sweep behind chest freezer.

Provide shatter proof bulb in bar area light above table.

ALL VIOLATIONS CORRECTED UPON 12-4-13 REINSPECTION
