PRIORITY VIOLATIONS

Install can opener on a surface inside of building.

Numerous raw meats stored above ready to eat foods in storeroom upright freezer.  True 2 door Cooler, also.

Kenmore refrigerator in back storeroom was at 44 degrees F.  Needs to be 41 degrees F or lower.

CORE VIOLATIONS

Clean under and behind cook line equipment.

Cork board cannot be used in coolers.  Shall be washable materials used.

Defrost upright freezer.

Install a door sweep and latch on back screen door.

Provide working, visible thermometers in all refrigerators.

Provide shatter proof bulbs in track lighting over tables.

Bar Ice in cooler shall be self drained.

Single service items on floor of waitress station cabinets shall be on shelving.

Using cloths not stored in sanitizer with spray sanitizer.  *Shall use paper towels or cloths in solution.*

Provide proper test strips for sanitizer used and mix to 200 ppm at all times.  Quat test strips.

ALL VIOLATIONS CORRECED UPON 9-12-14 REINSPECTION
