 CRITICAL VIOLATIONS:

-Raw meat touching ready to eat foods in chest freezer.

NON CRITICAL VIOLATION:

-Clean under and behind all kitchen equipment.
-Sanitizer dispenser in kitchen is 400 ppm quat and it needs to be 200 ppm.
-Seal wooden shelving in storage area.
-Clean ice build up in walk in freezer.
-Clean under and behind laundry area equipment.

*All violations were corrected by the 3-4-10 re inspection.
