CRITICAL VIOLATIONS:
-Raw meats stored over ready to eat foods in small prep. table.
-No sanitizer present in prep. area while foods are being prepared.

NON CRITICAL VIOLATIONS:
-Clean bottom of the upright freezer in kitchen.
-Clean interior and ceiling of microwave.
-Replace blown out bulb in vent hood.
-Clean under and behind cook line equipment.
-Label large buckets of dry goods as to contents.
-Boxes of food on floor in walk in cooler.
-Clean under and around cabinets in bar area.

*ALL VIOLATIONS WERE CORRECTED UPON 1-14-10 REINSPECTION.
