- Stop dumping mop water outside& use utility sink.
- Stop storing foods in tin cans. Use washable containers with lids.
- Clean stove & wok equipment of grease build up thoroughly.
- Clean shelving that all the plates are stored on.
- Clean cob webs from storage area old walk in cooler.
- Clean can opener blade.
- Install bulbs in men’s restroom light.
