  • Stop dumping mop water outside& use utility sink.
  • Stop storing foods in tin cans. Use washable containers with lids.
  • Clean stove & wok equipment of grease build up thoroughly.
  • Clean shelving that all the plates are stored on.
  • Clean cob webs from storage area old walk in cooler.
  • Clean can opener blade.
  • Install bulbs in men’s restroom light.
