  • Fly strips shall not be in stalled above food prep areas.
  • Dishwasher is not sanitizing. Shall dip in bleach water 20 ppm and air dry until repaired.
  • Keep dumpster lids closed at all times. Mow tall grass near the dumpster.
  • Store all ice scoops handle up in ice bins.
  • Clean under and behind cook line equipment at hood filters.
  • Clean all of the kitchen in general.
  • Clean the floor of the walk in cooler and keep dry.
  • Provide chlorin test strips for sanitizer in kitchen and the dishwasher.

  • Chicken/Beef in ice bath containers was 46*F. Shall be 41*F or lower at all times.
  • Can opener blade was very dirty. Keep clean.
  • A lot of gnats/flies in the kitchen. Seal around the back screen door with door sweep.
  • Raw meats above ready to eat foods in upright freezer. Store to prevent cross contamination.
  • Cold prep. table is holding foods at 43*F. Needs to be 41*F or lower at all times.
  • Provide consumer advisory sign for ordering under cook foods like steak.
  • Keep dumpster lids closed at all times.
  • Hand sink in the kitchen shall be kept unblocked for usage.
  • Keep foods on hot table covered after peak periods.
  • Provide signage at all hand sinks.
  • Repair torn booth seats as to be cleanable.
  • Clean behind & around ice machine.
