Violations:
- Heat sanitizing dishwasher is not getting hot enough shall manually dip in sanitizer until repaired.
- Pizza prep table is holding food at 50*F. Needs to be 41*F or lower at all times.
- Dessert cooler is holding foods at 45*F
- Clean the drip ring of dough mixer.
- Replace bulb in the vent hood. Both hoods.
- Quat sanitizer was to weak. Needs to be 200-400ppm.
- Provide signage at all hand sinks.
- Provide paper towels and dispenser at bar hand sink. Stop using cloth towels.
- Provide a thermometer in bar cooler.
