Inspection Date: August 22, 2024

Violations:

  • Heat sanitizing dishwasher is not getting hot enough shall manually dip in sanitizer until repaired.
  • Pizza prep table is holding food at 50*F. Needs to be 41*F or lower at all times.
  • Dessert cooler is holding foods at 45*F
  • Clean the drip ring of dough mixer.
  • Replace bulb in the vent hood. Both hoods.
  • Quat sanitizer was to weak. Needs to be 200-400ppm.
  • Provide signage at all hand sinks.
  • Provide paper towels and dispenser at bar hand sink. Stop using cloth towels.
  • Provide a thermometer in bar cooler.
