- Repair on replace lighting in the back of the kitchen.
- Paint shelving in floor of walk-in cooler.
- Replace broken faucet on utility sink.
- Clean all floors, walls, and equipment in entire kitchen.
- Stop using cardboard as a prep surface.
- Clean all air ducts in kitchen and in both rooms.
- Provide a thermometer in cold table.
- Don’t store food in tin cans in refrigeration.
