Violations:
- Defrost freezer in outside shed to remove ice build up.
- Smaller refrigerator is at 45*F. Needs to be 41*F or lower at all times.
- Ice scoop shall be stored in the ice cream between between uses.
- Need to see where the ice machine drain and why 2 lines come from water source.
- Provide thermometers in all refrigerators.
- Provide choline test strips.
