  • Foods in true cooler at 44*F. Needs to be 41*F or lower at all times.
  • Heat sanitizing dishwasher is not getting hot enough. Use 3-vat to sanitize until the dishwasher is repaired.
  • Provide sanitizer wiping cloth solution at all times.
  • Unlabeled products from Oberle need to be properly labeled.
  • Clean interior of microware.
  • Ice bin drain line needs to be air gapped.
  • Provide soap & paper towels in a dispensed form in the kitchen.
