- Marinara sauce in crock holder was 130*F Needs to be 135*F or above at all times.
- Pull up & out all cook line equipment & clean the equipment/walls/floors. All of the kitchen.
- Clean all air ducts throughout the kitchen.
- Clean the ceiling & fans in the walk in cooler.
- Provide signage at all hand sinks throughout.
