- Clean Ceiling of microwave in the kitchen.
- Cof chicken directly on the floor of walk in deli freezer shall be 1” above floor.
- Single service items on the floor of employee area shall be on shelving.
- Install all missing ceiling tiles throughout facility.
- Provide chlorine test strips in produce room and meat room.
- Replace garage door sweep of loading dock.
- Provide Quat test strips in meat room.
- Cover all uncovered tubs of meat in walk in cooler.
- Clean cob webs along back storage area ceiling.
